Executes the given command with administrative privileges, triggering UAC elevation prompt if needed.
This particular utility works for all users, does not induce the overhead of managed code and takes care to pass the command arguments along for execution verbatim.

To install Elevate (native Win32), run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

C:\> choco install elevate.native

To upgrade Elevate (native Win32), run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

C:\> choco upgrade elevate.native
