PDFsam is a free, open source, platform independent tool released under GPLv2 license and designed to perform split, merge and other manipulations on pdf document. It’s released in 2 versions, basic and enhanced: This is the basic version, see http://www.pdfsam.org/enhanced-version/ for the enhanced version.

To install PDFsam Basic, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

C:\> choco install pdfsam --version 3.3.2

To upgrade PDFsam Basic, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

C:\> choco upgrade pdfsam --version 3.3.2
