A Posh-CI step for invoking Git.exe

Installation notes:
- installs to: C:\ProgramFiles\Posh-CI\Modules\Posh-CI-Git

To install Posh-CI-Git, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

C:\> choco install posh-ci-git

To upgrade Posh-CI-Git, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

C:\> choco upgrade posh-ci-git
