VLC is a free and open source cross-platform multimedia player and
framework that plays most multimedia files as well as DVD, Audio CD,
VCD, and various streaming protocols.
| Please install with chocolatey (http://nuget.org/List/Packages/chocolatey).

To install VLC, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

C:\> choco install vlc -Version 1.1.9
